Optometry Marketing Company

Search work for independent optometry practices in towns like yours.

We check page one of Google for your town and send you what we find: where your practice shows for the searches patients use, who is above you, and what we would fix first.

One flat monthly fee. No setup fee. 30 days' notice. Everything stays in your name.

The free check

Email your practice name and town. The check comes back by email, usually within two business days.

We run ten searches patients in your town use and write one line for each: where you show on the map and in the web results, and who is above you. Then what your Google Business Profile and website are missing, and what we would do in the first 90 days. It is free, no call is needed, and it ends with the monthly fee for the plan it recommends, in writing. The excerpt at the top of this page is from the sample report, for a practice that does not exist.

Terms

The terms, in plain words

  • One flat monthly fee, quoted in writing after the check.
  • No setup fee, no percentage of revenue, and no per-patient or per-lead charge.
  • 30 days' notice to stop, from either side.
  • Your Business Profile, pages, website and accounts stay in your name. We are a manager you can remove.
  • One practice per town: we won't work for two competing practices in the same town. What counts as a town.
  • No ranking guarantees. Google says no one can pay it for a better local ranking.

Each month

What the monthly work covers

  • Your Google Business Profile: categories, every service, hours that match the door, real photos, and a profile for each doctor.
  • A page for each kind of visit you want more of: contact lens exams, children's exams, dry eye, myopia management and the rest.
  • An insurance page in plain text that matches each vision plan's "find a doctor" listing.
  • A review routine your front desk can run, with replies that never confirm someone is a patient.
  • The technical basics: speed on a phone, clear titles, a working booking link, and no ad trackers on appointment pages.
  • A one-page report each month: what we did, what moved, what didn't, and what comes next.

The detail is on how we work, and six free guides cover each part.

Approval and privacy

Your optometrist approves every word

  • An optometrist at your practice approves every page before it goes live, and no page promises a result.
  • We never touch patient records or your practice management software. If a website login can see appointment requests, we use one that cannot; if that isn't possible, we sign a BAA before starting.
  • Your state board has its own advertising rules. We draft to the strictest rule we know and flag anything state-specific, and your doctor or counsel decides before anything with a price or offer goes live.

Snapshot

A snapshot from October

On October 21 and 22, 2026, we ran one search, "eye doctor [town] [state]", once in each of 14 towns, on a desktop browser, signed out. Local practice websites held 82 of the 122 first-page web results. That is two days and one search phrase; your town, on your phone, may look different, which is why the check looks at yours.

Case study

From 54 Google clicks to 2,900, same dates a year apart

These are the article pages of a local business whose search work we do, as its own Search Console reports them for August 1 to October 20 in 2025 and 2026. The business is not an eye care practice and is not in health care. We don't publish its name, and a result at one business doesn't predict a result at yours.

Google Search Console cards for the article pages: 2.9K total clicks and 262K impressions from August 1 to October 20, 2026, against 54 clicks and 161K impressions for the same dates in 2025.
